Every Nerosa London fragrance is crafted using premium oils sourced from the UAE and Switzerland — two of the world's most respected origins for fine fragrance raw materials. Each bottle is then carefully hand-bottled in London, giving every order a level of care you simply don't get from a factory line.

Designer fragrances carry enormous costs that have nothing to do with the liquid in the bottle — celebrity campaigns, retail markups, prestige packaging, and brand tax. We strip all of that away and invest directly in the quality of the formula.

The result: luxury-grade oils, hand-bottled with care, at a fraction of the designer price.

Yes. All Nerosa London fragrances are formulated as Eau de Parfum (EDP) with a high oil concentration, designed to last. Longevity naturally varies with skin chemistry, hydration and environment, but most customers find their scent carries them well through the day.

All Nerosa London fragrances are Eau de Parfum (EDP), formulated with a high fragrance oil concentration for rich, noticeable, long-wearing scents. We do not produce lighter Eau de Toilette versions.

Store your fragrance in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Extreme temperature swings and UV exposure can alter the scent over time. A shelf or drawer away from windows is ideal — avoid leaving it in a bathroom or car.

Our orders move through our fulfilment process quickly, so we're generally unable to edit or cancel an order once it's been placed — including changes to the delivery address or product selection.

Discount codes cannot be stacked or combined. Only one code can be applied per order, and codes do not apply to already-discounted bundles or sets. Choose the one that gives you the best saving.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is something we're actively working towards — watch this space.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday). Once dispatched, delivery generally takes a further 2–3 working days via our courier partners.

In rare cases due to unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may take up to 5–10 working days. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday, over the weekend, or on Bank Holidays will begin processing the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you can't locate it, please check your spam or junk folder first.

If there are no updates on your tracking after 5 working days from dispatch, please contact us at support@nerosalondon.co.uk and we'll investigate.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. You're welcome to test a spray or two — if it's not for you, we'll arrange a refund or exchange.

If it still can't be located, contact us at support@nerosalondon.co.uk within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll open an investigation with the courier. If the delivery is found to be non-compliant, we'll resend your order.
