Nerosà London is a UK-based fragrance brand operating as a direct-to-consumer retailer. References to "we", "us", and "our" throughout this document refer to Nerosà London.

Nerosà London sells luxury fragrances that are designer-inspired. Our products are original formulations created using premium fragrance oils and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced in partnership with any third-party designer brand. Any reference to designer fragrances is solely for the purpose of scent comparison and does not imply any association with the original brand or house.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice. Product images on the Site are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the physical product received.
4. ORDERS & CONTRACT FORMATION
Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your offer. A binding contract between you and Nerosà London is only formed once your order has been dispatched and you have received a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking information.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time prior to dispatch, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to meet eligibility requirements. In such cases, any payment taken will be refunded in full.
5. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the Site are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit and debit cards and any additional payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. Nerosà London does not store your payment details.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Nerosà London is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nerosà London accepts no liability for any adverse reactions arising from the use of our products.
