The opening arrives with leather and black pepper — bold, raw, and completely unapologetic, leather dark and commanding from the very first breath while black pepper adds a sharp, spiced heat that makes the whole accord feel alive and genuinely powerful. The heart shifts into iris and amber — unexpectedly elegant, iris bringing its cool powdery sophistication that softens the leather without diminishing it, amber adding a golden warmth that makes the whole fragrance glow. The dry-down settles into vetiver and tonka bean — earthy, warm, and deeply lasting, vetiver adding its distinctive smoky rootiness while tonka bean closes everything in a soft creamy warmth that lingers beautifully for hours.
